Pandora (internet "radio")

Post by Ulani » Sat Nov 19, 2005 9:45 pm

Very very offtopic here (Well.. maybe the "evolution of radio")

This morning me and my girlfriend played around for hours making our own "radiostations" with http://www.pandora.com. It was fun!

Basically you choose some artists to begin with and the software guesses what else you like, the more you listen (and give feedback) the better are the guesses.

You need Flash plugin atleast version 6 to try it.

Been testing a bit now, I like it. Specially if there is a song you don't like it will skip that and continue to next. And for now its guesses has been good :)

I'm currently trying to teach the software that electronica isn't necessarily dance music. "Trance Party" just popped up !! What am I doing wrong, Pandora?
